Litchfield Hills Canine Search and Rescue was founded in Winsted, CT and is sponsored by the Winsted Fire Department. Litchfield Hills Canine SAR is just in the beginning stages of development. A German Sheppard puppy has been donated to train for SAR and service the town of Winchester.
